- I’m Coach Mika, a Childhood Abuse Recovery Coach and Educator. I specialize in helping victims and survivors break free from the pain of their past and step into lives filled with hope, healing, and purpose.

Through faith-based principles, practical tools, and compassionate mentorship, coaching and educational resources, I guide survivors through the process of healing - helping them reclaim their voices, rebuild their confidence, and transform their lives.
